1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike many other apps, ABC Fireworks does not collect any personal data. When you or your child play ABC Fireworks:

  • We do not ask for your child's name, age, birthday, email, or contact information.
  • We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, IMEI, MAC address).
  • We do not track geographic location (GPS, Wi-Fi, or IP triangulation).
  • We do not access device microphones, cameras, photos, or contact address books.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

ABC Fireworks only stores basic gameplay preferences locally on your physical device using standard local system preferences. This includes:

  • Sound effects and lullaby music toggle states (On / Off).
  • Haptic feedback toggle state (On / Off).
  • Entitlement unlock flag (whether the one-time premium firework pack has been unlocked).

This data remains strictly on your device and is never transmitted to PayneBrain or any third-party servers.

We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GDPR-K), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and Apple's Kids Category Guidelines:

  • We do not condition a child's participation in games or educational activities on disclosing personal information.

ABC Fireworks offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional educational firework categories (Shapes, Colors, Sight Words, and Animals).

  • Parental Gate: Every entry point to the store is locked behind a strict adult verification barrier (a randomized multiplication equation on a touch keypad). A child cannot accidentally open the purchase dialog.
  • Store Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly and securely through the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) or the Google Play Store (Google LLC). PayneBrain never receives, sees, or stores your credit card number or billing information.
  • No Subscriptions: There are no recurring monthly or annual charges, no consumable loot, and no hidden fees.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

ABC Fireworks contains zero third-party advertisements and zero third-party analytics SDKs:

  • We do not integrate Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta SDKs, or similar tracking frameworks.
  • We do not show targeted, behavioral, or programmatic ads.
  • The app does not communicate with any external advertising servers.

If you choose to contact PayneBrain directly for customer support via email, we will only use your email address to reply to your inquiry. We will never add you to promotional marketing lists without your consent, nor will we sell your contact details to third parties.
